Strichen Solar Farm is available for acquisition. This is a spade-ready development – planning granted, grid secured, land lease executed.

We are open to two main options;

1. Sale of the site as a standard Ready-to-Build site
2. Sale of the site as a fully built and commissioned solar farm

Process

1. Initial Contact
   Contact us to express interest and receive initial project overview.
2. Non-Disclosure Agreement
   Sign NDA to access the data room and detailed commercial information.
3. Data Room Access
   Review full technical, legal, and financial documentation including:
   • PVsyst simulation report
   • Planning decision notice
   • Gate 2 connection offer
   • Land lease agreement
   • Preliminary Ecological Appraisal
   • Biodiversity Net Gain Report
4. Bidding Process
   We will explain the bidding structure and timeline after NDA execution.
